The Foundation aims to globally promote and protect the works of Anna Chromy, arouse public social conscience, call for peace and tolerance, strengthen international and inter-ethnic understanding and communication, through the promotion of Anna Chromy’s artworks and popularization of the artistic and philosophical spirit embodied in these works. Aforementioned purpose is achieved, inter alia, through: Themed exhibitions of Anna Chromy’s art, loans and donations to museums, organization of the yearly Anna Chromy Award, creation of a space for the monumental Cloak of Conscience, a studio/exhibition space for Anna’s book, video and photo library, placement of additional Cloaks and other public sculptures, education of art students in the canon of Anna Chromy’s art.
