Was a real pleasure and a privilege to meet you and I want to thank you for the invitation. But I was very very glad to meet the GREAT ARTIST that you are ANNA and listen to you. I do not have fear now to look at the CLOAK OF CONSCIENCE the ” Stone guest” the symbol of love and hope based on our conscience as you said. Probably I am scare of myself!!!
Anna all your sculptures are very powerful, very beautiful and you capture the movement and action defying time and space with such and harmony I think that you do have the FITH DIMENSION. When I saw them last year I was very very impress, now I am glad I met you. I have been reading the MYTHES de la Mediterranee thank you! Congratulations on all your work and also for the Michelangelo price.
Sofonisba Anguissola the Renaissance painter, that I told you yesterday was born in Cremona Italy in 1532 and finish his life almost a century later in 1625 in South of Italy. She was introduced to MICHELANGELO who immediately recognised her talent, another remarkable lady painter from Renaissace Humanism. I knew about her because my daughter Cristina while at Boston University did a work on her as part of the Art History. I am sure that if she were contemporary painter you will be her friend.

Anna, thank you so much for sending me, and giving to the world your book. I placed it on my Kindle, and I listened, imagining that you were the woman speaking, telling me your story. Of course, it is only Part 1, and I was so anxious after reading the book and pondering so much of what you wrote, to read more!! I know there are some sparse details about your tremendous sculpture of The Cloak, and so much more, on your website, but I am anxious to hear more of the story up to the present time!! Wow, Anna, you have a flare for writing, and I felt like a close, intimate friend who has listened intently to his friend after she poured out her heart about a part of her life. It is wonderful. And more than that, as a writer myself (not yet published), of both some books and screenplays (my day will come!), I kept thinking, “This story would make a great moving! This story would inspire millions upon millions! Anna’s life will reach into the depths of the soul and awaken the creative vision to many.” Of course you would sell more art with a movie about your life. But that isn’t your motivation. And more than that, the obvious Divine Love between you and your husband is beautiful. You write of friends in the movie business, and your husband’s own contacts! Have a feature movie made about your life! And inspire so many! I await Part 2 and beyond!! I could write more, about your art itself, but maybe another time. God bless you always! Paul

Mon Cher Wolfgang, Ma Chère Anna, Nous vous remercions à tous les deux pour vos moments de partage et d’amitié. Cette rencontre estivale 2011 est un marquant dans notre vie. Puisse t-elle se sceller dans l’éternité et dans la beauté. Pour moi, la sculpture, l’art d’Anna Chromy c’est la conscience de la beauté en mouvement. Je suis très touchée de l’univers d’Anna, humainement et artistiquement. Les oeuvres d’Anna respirent la sagesse. Je veillerai donc à une communication commerciale digne d’elle et qui la sublime en toute chose. J’ai ressenti qu’Anna avait donné un corps à la poésie. My budget allows me to purchase the book, but I was very impressive with the work and the Philosophy behind the art. This is just a note to say thank you for introducing me to Anna Chromy. I am passionate about this style of sculpture and have since downloaded more information about her and also her book My Life which, having read, explains the huge influence near-death and her prolonged illness has had on her work.

Bitte glauben Sie mir, dass ich keine “Frasendrescherin” bin. Es gibt großartige Bildhauerei. Was Sie aber der Menschheit offenbaren ist so tiefgründig und gleichzeitig hoch angesiedelt, dazu sehr subtil in der Aussage. Nicht zu vergessen Ihre handwerkliche Kunst.
Zuerst möchte ich von Garching sprechen. Ich erlaube mir, Ihnen zu schreiben, wie ich den Jesus in St. Severin empfinde. Jesus war der Menschensohn, durch den Christus sprach – die Liebesenergie im Universum. Wie Sie ihn in Garching dargestellt haben, das zeigt der Menschheit ihre gegenwärtige Situation und Bestimmung. Und das ausgerechnet in Garching. Unter all den vielen verschiedensten hochrangigen Forschungseinrichtungen dort, gibt es eine Forschungsstelle für extraterrestrische Physik.
Das Kreuz, Symbol für das Drama des Lebens in Leid und Schmerz löst sich auf. Es ist in Ihrer Darstellung fast vergangen durch die Wahl des durchsichtigen Materials, Acryl. Dieser Jesus, das bist Du, das bin ich, das ist ein Jeder, denn jetzt beginnt der Aufstieg für alle, die wollen.
Adam, der Mensch, dargestellt als die individuelle Persönlichkeit Jesus, löst sich vom Kreuz und steigt auf in das Leben aus Licht, Wohlergehen, Freude, Seligkeit. Und das nicht durch ein Sterben, sondern durch Erkenntnis. Das ist unsere Zukunft, die jetzt beginnt mit dem Aufstieg in die 5. Dimension menschlicher Existenz.
Liebe Frau Chromy, Sie sind eine vom Himmel Geliebte und Berufene. Diesen Jesus hat nicht Ihr persönliches ICH geschaffen, sondern Ihr göttliches SELBST.
Ich habe einen kleinen Kreis angenehmer, natürlicher und kultivierter Frauen um mich. Wir werden am 30. Mai nach Garching fahren, um gemeinsam diesen Aufruf zu sehen, zu fühlen, zu erleben.

What struck me was the thing that the sculpture installed at the ‘Stavovske Divadlo’ in Prague, is there and in Paris, and in Zaltsburge.Chto is just a piece of sculpture, installed in different countries, and not a single statue next to the theater. How does the world .. think that here it theater, here it is .. and sculpture to read your article and realize that the world is unfolding perfectly from a different angle. Sculpture is just part of …. What you’re doing a huge sculpture made of marble, is worthy of respect. White marble is very beautiful, and the idea is good .. Good luck to you in this business!

I am amazed that for years Anna keeps going great and great and doing significant work. I really admire her courage and art talent. Hope she would be in Shanghai again. Any plans? Currently I am teaching at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Art of Fudan University as a full professor and director of a program entitled Creativity and Management of Cultural Industries. But the school has a college of fine art with the department of sculpture. I know the dean well. Maybe I should approach our school president. The problem is that the school does not have much money for public art or exhibitions. Have to find sponsors.

dear anna, i hope you read english. i think you are a relitive of mine. my sister and i have ben searching for chromy’s for many years. my grandmother was anna chromy from prauge and my mom was helen anna chromy. all my life my mom told me that we are a family of boheimian artists. i could speak chech and english when i was little. a friend of mine was visiting prague last month and saw your work. you look amazingly like an aunt of mine. her name was helana anna chromy. i hope this personal mail is ok. it’s just so amazing.
