ANNA CHROMY – PUBLIC SCULPTURES, MUSEUMS, AWARDS
In 1992 Anna Chromy decides to begin a career as sculptor and to cease for some time to paint and she renounces during this absence to continue to exhibit her stock of over hundred oil paintings and several hundred drawings. During this period she participated in nearly hundred sculpture exhibitions, with an average of one museum show per year. In 2012 Anna begins to paint again, without quitting sculpture, creates the cycle “Chromology” and exhibits again her paintings starting in China.
2012
Exhibition “Spiritus Mundi”. A month-long exhibition of sculpture and paintings in Foshan, China- Installation of “Olympic Spirit” at the Olympic Village London in front of Home Team GB

- Installation of a bronze portrait of Mr. Ohga, the late President of Sony Corporation, at Anif/Salzburg
- Launch of the “Chromys” Trophy at the Cannes Film Festival and dedication of the first Award to Paul Watson, founder and president of Sea Shepherd Foundation.
- Creation of the cycle “Chromology“, 12 paintings for the Chromys.
- Letter of appointment as Honorary Fellow to the National Academy of Sculpture, Beijing
